Amy a certified Personal Trainer with International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA). Amy teaches a variety of group fitness classes specializing in Pilates and lower body workouts. She is also trained to teach sports specific exercise. Amy is a detail-oriented trainer, continuously applying new methods into her training programs.

 

 

 

 

 

Rachel Washburn

Rachel Received her personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) in 2009. She is currently studying for the ACE Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach certification.  She enjoys working with young girls and ladies of all fitness backgrounds.  She keeps her clients motivated with her upbeat, encouraging attitude. Rachel will put together a sound program that will help her clients reach their goals for a healthier and happier future.

  

  

  

Katrina Bechtold

Karina Bechtold

 Karina is a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She has her degree in nursing and cellular and molecular biology through the UofA. Karina specializes in athletic and team sports training which includes agility drills and strength training programs. Karina is a high energy trainer with excellent coaching skills.

 

 

 

 

 Peggy Foster 

Peggy FosterPeggy is a graduate of the Providence Institute and is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Peggy’s focus is on “Baby Boomers” and Senior’s. Peggy understands the role that fitness plays in keeping a person healthy. We must be strong, flexible and balanced to remain independent as we go into older age. It is Peggy’s goal to help preserve her client’s health through fitness.

 

 

 

 

 

Lorraine Beaver

Lorraine Beaver

 Lorraine is a certified Personal Trainer through AFAA and started training and instructing in 1980. She is certified in kick-boxing, power-flex, general aerobics, pilates, yoga, abdominal strength, and total flexibility and strength. She has taught in many other places such as Florida, Louisiana, Georgia. New Orleans, and now we are lucky to have her in Arizona. She has a strong passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals. She will bring excitement and energy to any workout.

 

 

 

 Eileen Pinheiro

Eileen PinheiroEileen is a certified Personal Trainer through ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine). Fitness completes her multifaceted background. She is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. Manhattan was her home prior to moving to Tucson in 1998. She has spent numerous years in the cosmetic world and makeup industry. Her motto “when you look good, you feel good” spills over to her career as a Personal Trainer. Dance has also been a part of her life since age 5 and she currently partners with her husband in Ballroom dance. Whether a client is setting, achieving, or maintaining their goals, Eileen designs each session’s program with a creative focus.

 

 

Tierney Little

Tierney Little

Tierney is a certified personal trainer through A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise) and began training in 1995. She has also taught Step Aerobics and body sculpting. Tierney has worked as the GM of Oak Brook Racquet & Fitness Club in Westmont, Illinois. She loves working with others to help achieve safe fitness goals. She has worked with all types of fitness types and hopes to continue in the fitness field as long as she’s able.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  Nicole Sanchez

Nicole Sanchez

Nicole is CPR/First Aid, IFPA certified personal trainer; with a strong athletic background in the fundamentals of strength, plyometrics, toning, conditioning and muscle definition. All with an outgoing, positive and encouraging style. She also maintains a Nutrition Certification that creates beneficial feedback on dietary needs and supplemental facts. This is included with her Personal Training sessions. Nicole continues to keep up with Class Instruction Certifications, which currently include Zumba and Pump Zone.

  

  

  

Karen Curran

 Karen CurranKaren is a nationally certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with AFAA. Karen is passionate about teaching Pilates and Self-Defense for women. She has been working with women in the health and fitness industry for over 16 years. Karen believes in helping her clients achieve a well-rounded fitness and nutrition program that will provide success for a lifetime. Morgan Treat

MorganMorgan has been an athlete for 14 years in the sport of softball.  She is also certified as a group fitness instructor, Zumba instructor, and as a personal trainer. In addition she is CPR/First Aid certified.  Morgan specializes in bringing energy and enthusiasm to any workout program.  She has a gift of finding a way to make fitness FUN! She has coached little league softball and can train any aspiring athlete to improve their sport-specific performance.  Young or old, Morgan enjoys working with women of all shapes, sizes, and those with a variety of physical challenges.
