Juanita has over 10 years of experience in massage. Her training includes Swedish, reflexology, deep tissue, sports and some medical massage. She applies these modalities in her treatments and will modify to accommodate her clients’ needs. Her concern is for the client to feel maximum benefit from her treatment by listening and understanding the clients’ requests and sensing what’s happening with their bodies, i.e. muscle tension, life stresses etc.

Kim has been with Ms Fit since the beginning of her massage career back in the start of 2003. In addition to the ability to provide all the standard massage treatments, Kim also provides salt scrubs and our “pretty feet” treatment. Both exfoliate the skin and leave one feeling energized and invigorated. Kim likes to give a good deep massage with a flow to make your whole body feel connected. Bernadette graduated from the Lehigh Valley Healing Arts Academy in Pennsylvania in 2005 where she learned through massage the necessity of health and wellness to improve one’s quality of life. She is a mother who understands the stresses that hard working women face day in and day out. Bernadette customizes each massage, giving women that much needed time for themselves. As a fitness enthusiast, Bernadette knows the importance of staying, strong and taking care of yourself so you can take better care of the ones you love. She enjoys her own personal workouts and taking fitness classes. Yvonne Esker LMT,NCTMB

Yvonne is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and an active member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. She received her certification from The Providence Institute in Tucson, AZ. and shortly after studied Mammasage™ technique with Daya Fisch of The Breast Health Project. Yvonne utilizes integrated Deep Tissue, Hydrotherapy, Lymph Drainage Massage, Mammassage™, Myofascial Release, Swedish and Specific Trigger Point therapies. She enjoys teaching community workshops on Breast Health and has experience working with breast cancer patients.
