The scale is not your friend :)

Do you weigh yourself everyday? Several times a day? Does the number on your scale determine your mood, self-assessment, or the perception of your worth?
Do you find yourself in desperation and practicing self-loathing if that number is too high? As riduculous and it seems, the scale can become our judge, jury, and executioner. Unfortunately, it can be the catalyst toward irrational and desperate behaviors all in an attempt to find the magic pill or quick fix.
If the objective is to pursue weight loss as an ultimate goal; failure is right around the corner. Weight loss, in and of itself is a bi-product of a healthy relationship with food. Most of us have it backwards; we think food is our enemy and the scale is our friend. Like a bad boyfriend, no matter how many times it breaks our heart; we keep coming back for more.
Ms. Fit has a nutrition program that will teach you to have a new relationship with food, and a new respect for what it does to nourish, strengthen, and heal your body. So far, every woman who has entered the program, without exception, has lost weight! Go Figure! All of them are working out their relationship with food and as a “result” their body weight is finding its way down the scale as they obtain optimum fitness levels. We make no wild or outrageous claims about our program; simply that you will be introduced to a way of life that keeps you satisfied, healthier and leaner. We are offering free nutrition consultations. If you are interested…call us 520-290-2900.
